Order Processing

Order Procedure:

You will follow the ordering procedure described on this website.
We will dispatch your order within 3 business days after receipt of your payment.
The goods are offered for sale only to persons who can make legally binding contracts.

Shipping

Shipping Charges:

A flat shipping charge of NZD 10.00 applies per order, regardless of location within New Zealand.
Orders over NZD 180.00 qualify for free shipping within New Zealand.

Shipping Method:

We use NZ Post Economy for shipping within New Zealand.

Delivery Timeframes:

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3-4 working days for urban areas and 5-8 working days for rural areas.
Please note that shipping may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, and we appreciate your understanding in such cases.
The goods are offered for sale only to persons who can make legally binding contracts.

Inventory Status and Backorder Policy

If a product is out of stock after your order has been processed, we will contact you as soon as possible. We will provide an estimated time for when new stock is expected to arrive. You can choose one of the following options:

Backorder: Wait for the product to be restocked and shipped to you.
Cancel Your Order: Cancel your order and receive a full refund.

If you choose to cancel your order, we will process a full refund for the purchase.

Cancellation due to Error

You acknowledge that despite our reasonable precautions, products may be listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error or any oversight.

In these circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction, notwithstanding that your order has been confirmed and your payment is completed.

We reserve this right up until the time of delivery of goods to you. If a cancellation of this nature occurs after your payment is completed for the purchase, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card for the amount in question.

The product must be returned within two weeks of the dispatch date.
The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and unopened.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
