The elegant ripples across the blade reflect light beautifully and highlight its craftsmanship.

Featuring a VG-10 stainless steel core, this knife offers excellent sharpness, durability, and corrosion resistance. VG-10 is highly regarded in Japan for its reliable, high-performance cutting ability.

The blade incorporates traditional water-quenching techniques practiced in Tsubame-Sanjo, enhancing durability and overall refinement.

The laminated reinforced wood handle is securely riveted for strength and stability. A seamless stainless steel mouthpiece ensures hygiene and long-lasting durability.
