Features of this Knife Set

This elegant set includes a versatile Chef’s Knife and a Petty (Utility) Knife.

A Petty (Utility) Knife is a versatile kitchen tool, ideal for precise cutting tasks such as slicing, peeling, and trimming.

The knives feature a durable three-layer stainless steel blade with a molybdenum vanadium steel core, delivering excellent sharpness and long-lasting performance.

The three-layer blade construction is enhanced with decorative patterns, adding a subtle sense of luxury and visual appeal. A metal bolster between the blade and handle improves balance, provides hand protection, and enhances overall durability.

Each knife is presented in its own gift box wrapped in traditional Japanese Washi paper. The complete set makes a thoughtful gift for culinary enthusiasts and a unique present for special occasions.

I gave this knife set to my husband for his birthday.
He’s really impressed with the sharpness of these Japanese-made knives, and he loves the traditional look with the engraved kanji character..
They cut so cleanly that, even though we own several knives, he always ends up using these.
He also enjoys using the petty knife for chopping vegetables — he says it’s really handy and easy to use.
